“The Mountain” from “Game of thrones” breaks a world record by lifting more than 500 pounds

The actor and athlete icelandic Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, best known for playing the role of ‘The Mountain’ in the series ‘Game of thrones’, was established on Saturday a new world record by lifting a total of 1,104 pounds (about 501 pounds), reports The Guardian.
