Woodlark has no release date, but with acquired rights, Netflix is already working on what seems to be a new and great adventure for our screens.

Enola Holmes will be directed to Netflixsince the transmission service was in charge of the film from Lionsgate. The star of Stranger Things, Millie Bobby Brown, will star as the sister of Sherlock Holmes. Next to it will be the star of The Witcher, Henry Cavillas the super detective. Both are not excluded to work with Netflix.

Harry Bradbeer (Fleabag) will make his debut as a director with the film. It is written by Jack Thorn (His Dark Materials). Netflix continues gobbling up content from all of Hollywood, with Enola Holmes set up to be a possible new franchise.

Based on the beloved book series, ENOLA HOLMES it tells the story of the rebellious teenage sister of Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes, Enola, a superdetectora gifted in their own right that often exceeds their bright brethren. When her mother mysteriously disappears on her At the age of 16, Enola seeks help from his older brothers, but soon realizes that they are least interested in solving the case that in taking her to finishing school, Enola makes the only thing that a young woman-intelligent, witty and brave of 1880 can do.

Enola is located in the middle of a conspiracy that could alter the course of political history. ENOLA HOLMES gives a new and dynamic twist female the world’s greatest detective and his brilliant family.” I think that the only thing that is missing from Netflix at this time is a franchise film that they can call their own.

Enola Holmes is a perfect swing to do so. Both stars are already stars of Netflix, and Millie Bobby Brown is one of the stars most popular in the industry at this time. Cavill is also in flames now coming out of The Witcher, that debuted in December to record numbers. Combine those things with familiar characters, and you could have a massive hit on your hand.
