Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson, and more cast members from the trilogy of Back to the Future gathered together to relive some of the best scenes of the franchise.
Thanks to the digital series of actor Josh Gad, “Reunited Apart, makers of the classic trilogy of science fiction gathered from their homes video call to benefit an organization of non-profit called Project HOME, as well as to talk about the series of films. In addition to the main protagonists will also be joined by Elisabeth Shue (Jennifer) and Mary Steenburgen (Clara Clayton Brown) of the side of the cast, asñi as the writer and director Robert Zemeckis, co-writer Bob Gale, composer Alan Silvestris, and fan of the series and director of Star Wars, J. J. Abrams.
Together recreated several scenes famous from the movie including the discussion between Doc Brown and Marty in which the latter realizes that his mother in the past is in love with him in place of his father, George McFly. This same scene was the one that was recreated by fans using technology deep fake with the faces of Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your opinion on the case), Zemeckis mentioned during the meeting that he was against any possibility of a reboot or continuation of the franchise, saying that “if I had an idea that might have suggested to Bob [Gale] seriously, I would have done”.
By now, the classic will remain as is.
