There is No doubt that Marvel’s Cinematic Universe already has many things planned for the next few years. One of the projects great that we hope is the series Hawkeye, which will focus on Clint Barton and submit it to their young protected Kate Bishop. But, who interpreted the young archer in the next series of Disney +? Although it is rumored that Hailee Steinfeld took on the role of Kate, the actress Bumblebee has just declared that they have other things to work on in the future.
There is a good reason why the Marvel fans want Hailee Steinfeld to interpret Kate Bishop in the series Hawkeye. After all, the star of Pitch Perfect has already shown that it can take easily action scenes in films like Barely Lethal and Bumblebee. In addition to that, Steinfeld seems to have the look and the correct attitude to Kate and could take easily the role. Unfortunately, it seems that the actress of Edge of Seventeen is not exactly interested in joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Hailee Steinfeld was recently a guest on Morning Mash Up on SiriusXM, where he was asked if he had already been chosen for the series Hawkeye. Interestingly, the star of Ender’s Game pointed out that she has other plans that do not necessarily include playing Kate Bishop in the programme of Marvel. In contrast, Steinfeld wants to focus on a different aspect of his career.
“You know, right now, I will tell you that music is where my head is. That is what I’m focused … that is what is occupying my brain at this time,” said Steinfeld to the hosts.
This could be disappointing news for fans who already expect to see Hailee Steinfeld on working with Jeremy Renner in the series Hawkeye. On the other hand, the people still hoped that the actress is trying to avoid confirming the news of the deal because negotiations are still ongoing. In the meantime, fans will have to wait until there is an official confirmation from Marvel Studios.
Although it is not yet clear whether it will join the Movie Universe of Marvel, the fans can be sure that Hailee Steinfeld is still playing a superhero Marvel different. He had previously provided the voice of Gwen Stacy, also known as Spider-Gwen in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and is expected to return for the highly-anticipated sequel. The second movie of Spider-Verse is currently scheduled for October 7, 2022.
