When it was announced that a new novel in the saga Twilight I was about to see the light, all eyes were on Robert Pattinson. In case there’s a film version of the new book, what would give life to the vampire Edward Cullen? For now, no such proposal exists but that it is itself a project in a firm is that the actor will give life to Batman, but is eager to break the mold and thereby denying that his version of the superhero this so grips as we are accustomed to.
Robert Pattinson was chosen to give life to Batman was a surprise to many. In recent years, the films of superheroes have become the most successful and if there is something they have in common all the actors who have given life to one of them is a few bodies incredibly muscled.
Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Chris Evans as Captain America or Jason Momoa as Aquaman are just a few examples. Therefore, many speculated that Robert Pattinson was going to be locked in a gym to shape their physical face-to-donning in a black suit. It’s not.
The actor has just offered a statement in which has made it clear that he intends to follow in the footsteps of its predecessors (such as Ben Affleck, for example) and that his version of Batman will be a little less hilt.
“No one did that in the 70’s, no one sported similar physical-James Dean never had to be in the form that is now in demand. I think that if you spend the entire day in training you are part of the problem, there is a precedent” explains in his interview to GQ where he also says he does not think be to train as if it were a “gladiator”.
The actor is aware that your body does not have much to do with the actors that have given life to other superheroes, and even jokes with this: “I remember that on a day of recordings of Twilight, they asked me to take off my shirt for a scene. As soon as I did I was told that I should wear it again”.
Robert Pattinson also has told, that do not take care of your diet especially and that is making no exercise beyond running a little. “My diet is going with many protein powders, and oats. Also as a lot of tuna that not even a bag of the can, only escurro and echo Tabasco sauce to the tuna in their packaging and so consumption, I like to feel as a man of the caverns,” she says.
The actor is eager to take on the Batman costume and give life to one of the superheroes most popular there, though comes with a clear notice: “Break stereotypes”.
