The american actor Robert Downey Jr. will be responsible for producing an adaptation of the comic book Sweet Tooth, original canadian Jeff Lemire.
The serial will consist of eight episodes of an hour long, the story, which unfolds in a post apocalyptic world, inhabited by hybrids between humans and animals, it will be directed by Jim Mickle, who also will serve as the writer alongside Beth Schwartz. Downey Jr. participate how executive producer, to the side of Mickle, as well as Susan Downey and Amanda Burrel, Team Downey, a partnership of Warner Bros with the streaming platform Netflix.
Although it has not been given to know the release date, it confirmed the cast headed by Christian Convery, Nonso Anozie, Adeel Akhtar and Will Forte, along with James Brolin (father of Thanos and guilty of the death of Tony Stark) as the narrator.

The history shall portray Gus, who grew up isolated after a pandemic raging with the world a decade ago. After the death of his father, Gus joins Jepperd on a journey to find The Reserve, a refuge for hybrids.
