Hernandez pleaded guilty in January 2019 of nine charges related to his participation in the gang.

Last October, Tekashi 6ix9ine he was later sentenced for having collaborated with the u.s. attorney’s office in Manhattan.

“As a result of the cooperation of Hernandez with the Government against multiple gang members of the Bloods, the security of Hernandez continues, and will continue to, seriously at risk for the foreseeable future. Given the significant threat and constant to the security of Hernandez as a result of their past and potential future cooperation, the Government has presented documents to which Hernandez remains incarcerated in a privately run prison in an effort to ensure its security. Anyway, even in the private jail, Hernandez remains housed with various members of Bloods”, indicates Lazzaro at your request.
