The winner of the Oscar for ‘The aviator’ and ‘Blue Jasmine’ star ‘Armaggedon Times‘, directed by James Gray and produced RT Features. On the other hand, Blanchett joins the cast of ‘Don’t Look Up’the new project from Adam McKay, which will be distributed by Netflix, and will be also starred by Jennifer Lawrence. ‘Borderlands’, the adaptation of the video game series that produces Lionsgate, will be directed by Eli Roth (‘Hostel’).
‘Armaggedon Times’ tells a story based on her own experiences of Gray as a student in School, Kew-Forest in the new york neighborhood of Queens. Fred Trump was a member of the board of directors of the school, who had her son, Donald Trump, as a student. The director of the college will be one of the main characters.
‘Don’t Look Up’ follows two astronomers of low-profile that it will embark on a tour of media in which to warn Mankind that an asteroid is approaching and will destroy the Earth. McKay also wrote the script of the tape, and it will be his first collaboration with Netflix.
It is unknown when it will begin production of both feature films, due to the stoppage of filming caused by the crisis in international public health from the pandemic of the coronavirus.
