The new series based on The Stand Stephen King failed to complete its production by the pandemic COVID-19, however, this will not stop the plans of CBS All Access.
With a view to a premiere that still wants to be materialised during this year, from Vanity Fair got to know the first photos of the series.
These images not only present us with the world ravaged by a plague that is at the center of the novel from King, but we also show the protagonists of this bet.
Specifically, the photos show us Alexander Skarsgård as the evil Randall Flagg, Whoopi Goldberg as Mother AbagailOdessa Young as Frannie Goldsmith, Owen Teague as Harold Lauder, Jovan Adepo as Larry Underwood and Heather Graham as Rita Blakemoor.
This adaptation is directed by Josh Boone, and Benjamin Cavell as showrunners, and, in addition to the actors mentioned above, will be with James Marsde as Stu Redman, Amber Heard as Nadine Cross and Daniel Sunjata as Cobb, among others.
The series of The Stand to be released this year through CBS All Access, a platform that is not available in Latin America.
