#BeApp, the new platform for transmitting live music, and Coca-Cola, announced the launch of Coke Studio Sessions, an exclusive collaboration that shows a variety of musical performances for the enjoyment of the fans for more than 60 consecutive days.

The live performances of over 100 artists from all over the world, among them Katy Perry, Anitta, DJ Khaled, Bebe Rexha, Michael, Cast of Hamilton, and Steve Aoki, will begin airing today to refresh fans with a virtual presentation at the same time and support the International Movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies.

Coke Studio Sessions marks the official debut of #BeApp, the social platform for transmitting live music, created by veterans of the technology industry, Ray Smith and Ross Mason. #BeApp is a destination digital immersive for the fans to enjoy the live music in a new way. Unlike other platforms of concerts virtual, #BeApp will offer a variety of interactive features, which include:

Possibility of sharing from the app: By means of the function Share, fans will be able to invite friends and family to join them during the live broadcast.

Coin / Points: To interact and to share continually through the app, fans will earn points and digital currency from the latter, which can be redeemed for prizes, updates in the functionality of the application, and more.

Awards and updates: The prizes include better access to “front-row seats”, greetings from the artists during the transmission and the trophy #BeApp.

Seats in the first row: The “front-row seats” to offer fans a greater digital presence during the transmission. This includes the photo and name of the user to be visible to all viewers.

Donations: Fans can make donations to the International Movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies to support the initiatives of help against the Covid-19.

“#BeApp was designed to create a digital connection through a common passion for live music, and today more than ever, people need to have that connection,” said Ray Smith, co-founder of #BeApp. “We’re thrilled that Coca-Cola to be our exclusive partner for the launch and the presentation of #BeApp to the fans all around the world through new experiences, and unique”.

The concerts start from today. Transmissions between Monday and Saturday begin at 6:00 pm; while on Sundays starts at 2:00 p. m. This weekend the transmission will include the involvement of Diplo, Kaskade, DJ Khaled, among other artists. The additional artists will be announced at the social channels of Coca-Cola and #BeApp.

During the 60-day program, fans will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the International Movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies and to support the initiatives of help against the Covid-19. The Coca-Cola Foundation has donated more than $14 million to the Societies of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies around the world in response to the Covid-19, and in addition will equal a cumulative total of up to $3 million, corresponding to the donations made by the consumers through this program.

Fans will be able to join the live broadcast in #BeApp, which can be downloaded for free on iOS or Android devices, as well as in Coca-Cola YouTube and Facebook. After each live broadcast, the presentations will be available on #BeApp and in the channels of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube of #BeApp, for 24 hours.
