As Adele’s former London-based personal trainer, it’s disheartening to read negative commentary and fat-phobic accusations questioning the genuineness of her amazing weight loss. In my personal experience of working with her through many highs and lows, she always marched to the beat of her own drum on her own terms. She never undermined her God-given talent in any way. She let her incredible voice do the talking, or should I say singing! She never eleven pretended to be something that she wasn’t. What you saw was what you got. And we all LOVED it! When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy. Especially post pregnancy and post surgery. When 25 dropped and the tour announced, we had to get ready for a 13 month gruelling schedule. In that time, she warmed to training and made better food choices. As a result, she lost considerable weight and people took notice. Her body transformation was splashed across every media outlet. The attention it generated was mind-blowing. Since she moved to LA, it’s been well documented that she underwent some tough personal changes. It’s only natural that with change comes a new sense of self and wangting to be your best possible version. She embraced better eating habits and committed to her fitness and “is sweating”! I could not be prouder or happier for her! This metamorphosis is not for album sales, publicity or to be a role model. She is doing it for herself and for Angelo. My hope is that people appreciate the hard work that Adele has done to improve herself for the benefit to her and her family only. She did not lose the weight to make others feel bad about themselves. This personal transformation has nothing to do with me or you. It’s about Adele and how she wants to live her life. She has not changed from the Adele we grew up with and have loved. There is just a little less of her to go around. #adele #fabulous #strong #songbird #transformation #powerful #voice #love #rumorhasit #pt

1-Manenete in motion

In an interview with Peoplethe athlete settled in London listed five keys to staying healthy in quarantine. “If looking to Google for the top 5 tips for training in quarantine, this is what is going to appear: that is simple, do everything in moderation, putting achievable goals, create daily routines to encourage consistency and to follow a balanced diet,” said Geracimo, that accompanied the transformation of Adele.

The first rule is that “no exercise is good or bad.” It is important to understand that we all have limitations and responsibilities, that is why it is fundamental the first point that mark Geracimo, “Make it easy. Find an activity that you enjoy and realizala,” says the coach. Below is a new indication: performed for at least 15 minutes and lead the activity a little bit beyond the comfort zone. “If you don’t entrenás beyond, you’re not going to have the desired outcome.” Said to be the highest the council dle coach Adele is: “I will Never stay in the comfort zone, always empujá your limits”.

“Proud of this special woman,” wrote Geracimo to share a photo of Adele in training.

2-Check the time

According to the specialists to get the best out of the training it is necessary to create circuits for exercise and to stay focused on each exercise: “We have to work hard to beat the clock,” says the coach of Adele, and adds that it is a good way to get distracted less.

3-do it wearing challenges

“Anything positive out of being in quarantine is that it allows us to work on what we feel most weak, in the comfort of our homes,” says Geracimo. And that’s why recommended to get a daily challenges that encourage you to improve the way we do an exercise or routine.

4-Change of habits

According to Geracimo another benefit of confinement is the time to sort the eating habits (and eliminate those that do not benefit us). “I recommend to change a single thing and sustain that change for two weeks before trying something else”, he said and stressed: “The problem for most people is that they try to change too much, too fast and end up falling miserably.”

5-Everything in its right measure

Geracimo ensures that found in the quarantine, the taste for the meals prep fast and without much diversity of ingredients. “Imagine building your meals: try to use protein, some vegetable and some carbohydrate,” says the coach.

“We know that a major problem in the diets has to do with the portions,” he said. And he added that for those who is an extra work to measure the servings, can use their hands to control the amounts. “A hand would be the portion of the protein, the other is equivalent to the portion of fat and carbohydrate”, has been synthesized.
