Maddox (18), Pax (16), Zahara (14), Shiloh (13) and twins Knox and Vivienne (11) are the descendants of the couple. Shiloh and the twins are the natural children while Maddox, Pax and Zahara were adopted in different countries of the world.
But one of them, Shiloh (born Shiloh Nouvel) from a very small was clear that he did not feel identified with the female gender and always dressed as a man. Their parents accepted it from the first moment.
Brad and Angelina accompanied the desire of Shiloh to be a man and supported his decision more difficult to start a treatment with hormones, more than a year ago.
