Spotify shared new trends in playlists generated on the root of the social distancing that tell us a little bit about that is the people doing in their homes.

Spotify revealed new trends that were created during the social distancing. According to the data obtained between 17 April and 17 may, the listeners are creating their own soundtrack for some activities at home, such as the school of the boys, dying your hair or cleaning the home.

Songs like Tusa of KAROL G and Nicki Minaj it transformed into a popular choice for these playlists in Argentina, taking place in 577 playlists and being therefore the most chosen to this end.

The data show a 50% increase in the creation of playlists to inspire the people while trying to become hairdressers for a day. Spotify determined this by looking at the key words in the titles of the playlists, including “cut”, “dye” and “dyeing”.

Parents and students are turning to music to overcome the challenges of teaching in the home, as there is an increased 1,000% in the creation of playlists with themes of home education. Some of the songs added to these playlists are: “Supalonely” of BENEE and Gus Dapperton, “Sucker” the Jonas Brothers, “Circles” of Post Malone, and “Don’t Start Now” of Dua Lipa.

Some of the other playlists more created are related to creativity, with the work from home, the kitchen and the arrangement of the house and gardens. Among the songs that make up you can find some like “Work From Home” of Fifth Harmony (feat. Ty Dolla $ign) ,Watermelon Sugar” of Harry Styles up “Mr. Blue Sky” of Electric Light Orchestra.
