Emilia Clarke talked about the cancellation of the prequel “Game of Thrones”

HBO did not issue an official statement about the reasons why the project was abandoned. But according to the specialized site The Hollywood Reporter, the chain didn’t have much enthusiasm for the final cut of the pilot episode, requested changes and the edited version nor satisfied the owners of the decision-making table of the chain.
