Famous pay bail
While some celebrities took to the streets to protest the death of George Floyd, others wanted to join in by donating to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, a nonprofit organization that helps low-income people.
Thanks to the donations that have made figures such as Seth Rogen, Steve Carell, Janelle Monáe, Ben Schwartz, Jameela Jamil, among others, the foundation has managed to pull of jail to several of the protesters who have been arrested.

Chrissy Teigen, for her part, donated USD$200,000 to help take out of prison those who have been arrested. While your donation would be of USD$100,000, then a user will treat the protesters as “criminals”, Teigen doubled the figure.
“Ooo, they might need more money then. $ 200,000,” he wrote.
In Instagramin the meantime, he noted that “I am with our heroes in support and solidarity. If you don’t know what else to do, every little bit helps. Please see my retweets for direct links. The silence is betrayal.”
