This Friday (17), the popular cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced a change of partner for making payments in Brazil. Until then, the company collaborated with Banco Capitual to make money deposits and withdrawals in the national territory, something that should not be affected by the change, as the statement assures. The new partner has not yet been announced, however, it will be “local”.
Without going into too much detail, Binance only stated that the exchange of partners is to offer a “better solution” to its customers. The brokerage also promised that the transition will be smooth and will take place in the coming weeks, backed by “all necessary measures, including legal related to Capitual,” to avoid any harm to its investors.
In addition, Binance detailed that the move will be made in parallel with the acquisition of national exchange Sim;paul — but did not indicate that this will be the new payments partner. In conclusion, the brokerage firm reinforced the relevance of the Brazilian public to its business and committed to expanding its services in the country.

Possible problems
Although the company has not specified the reason for the change of partners, it is possible to infer, according to the reactions of users on the site Complain here, that the issue is related to the delay in clearing deposits to Binance — managed by Capitual. However, during the transition, the broker will offer alternative methods to serve its clients.
