Query the second batch of refund

Following the order of priority defined by the IRS, the first batch of refunds contemplated the elderly, people with disabilities and teachers. The payment was made on May 31, on the same date that the deadline for filing the IR 2022 ended. R$ 6.3 billion was paid. In total, there will be five refund lots.

Now the sequence of payments will follow the date of the declaration, that is, the person who has reported to the Federal Revenue will receive at the beginning of the term.

To consult the second batch of refund, taxpayers must access the Revenue page on the internet or verify through the application. Payment is made automatically to the bank account informed by the taxpayer during the declaration. In the consultation, the taxpayer must inform the CPF and the date of birth.

If the taxpayer is on the list of those contemplated in the second batch and does not receive payment on the scheduled date, he must contact Banco do Brasil to request the reschedule. This contact can be on the bank’s website or through the application. Another option is through the call center.

The telephone number is 4004-0001 for those who live in capital cities, but 0800-729-0001 for other locations. There is also 0800-729-0088, but this is for the hearing-impaired only.

  • August, 31;
