On the other hand, every month, there is a modality that releases payments of part of the balance accumulated in the fund to workers who opt for it. It is the system of FGTS birthday withdrawalwhich started operating in 2020.

Remembering that the payment of the July FGTS birthday loot is only valid for birthdays who join the system before the month ends. In addition, when opting for the modality, the worker loses the right to withdrawal-termination. Only the 40% fine is maintained in this situation.
