Riot Games has officially confirmed that ‘Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story‘, that is, his new role-playing and action proposal set in the crowded world of ‘League of Legends’ should be published sometime in the spring of 2023, with versions for PC and consoles (not specified). The developer describes the title as a role-playing proposal with a strong action orientation that will build on 2D images and pixel stylewhich will allow players to lead an army of rebel wizards and, incidentally, lead a revolution.
The Mageseeker
Developed by Digital Suncreators of ‘moonlighter‘, present ‘The Mageseeker’ as a gritty, pixel-style 2D action title set in Demaciaa kingdom of Runeterra which seeks to restrict the use of what it considers “forbidden magic”, while also using said magic to maintain order. The adventure will put us in the role of Sylas, a fugitive wizard whose thirst for revenge will put an end to the deceitful peace of Demacia. Without revealing many details about the gameplay, Riot is limited to anticipating a game proposal full of action and themes such as “power, identity and justice”.
Two proposals from the League of Legends universe for 2023
While Riot’s new project is shrouded in mystery, other of its initiatives are the subject of welcome news. It looks like, ‘Convergence: A League of Legends Story‘, a single player 2D action platformer with time control mechanics, which is being developed by Double Stallion Gameswill be released in summer 2023.
They also ensure thatSong of Nunu: A League of Legends Story‘, work developed by the Madrid company Tequila Works, will be released in the fall of 2023. This heartwarming single player adventure title stars the beloved Nunu and Willump, who embark on an intense journey to find Nunu’s missing mother. Both games will be available on Switch, Xbox, PlayStation 4, and on PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
