How to get the Bugha skin in Fortnite

Following his victory at the 2019 Fortnite World Cup, streamer Bugha has slowly gathered a cult following due to his quick building skills and precise aiming. Of course, this fame has resulted in his own Icon Series set, which includes an adorable, reactive Back Bling and multi-style skin. However, he may require some waiting if he is looking to get the pro player cosmetics. Here’s how to get the Bugha skin and all of its dedicated accessories in Fortnite.

How to unlock the Bugha skin in Fortnite

Like most of the Icon Series, the Bugha skin can only be purchased from the Item Shop for 1500 V-Bucks when it is available in rotation. He has made 27 promising appearances since his debut in July 2021, being on sale every 166 days on average. As the skin last returned in December, the next rotation featuring Bugha and his cosmetics is now estimated to arrive sometime in June, though developer Epic Games may take it apart again sooner.

The World Cup Champion skin is certainly a steal for those who want additional styles. In addition to his standard uniform, outfit owners can also opt for an all-black World Champion style or a reactive Bugha Elite style that builds up electricity with each elimination. It even comes with the Zoey Trophy Back Bling, which shows off Bugha’s little pug poking its head out from the top. The skin has also been known to appear in the shop alongside the Bugha Bundle, which includes the skin, Bugha Blades pickaxe, and Bring it Around emote for a total of 1,800 V-Bucks.

Although its V-Buck price is higher than skins of other rarities, Battle Pass owners have access to a number of promising methods that help them level up quickly and get the currency for free. For example, you can quickly level up by playing Creative Maps which offers thousands of XP per session. Also, if you’d rather not wait for the skin rotation, you can opt for one of the best “sweaty” skins, outfits most often worn by veterans and pro gamers alike.
