OVERWATCH INTRODUCES THE BATTLE FOR OLYMPUS: A FIGHT OF ALL AGAINST ALL OF MYTHICAL PROPORTIONS AND LIMITED DURATION

From now until January 19, a new game mode will be introduced: Battle for Olympus. In this death match free for all limited timethe heroes fight each other using the power of the gods, goddesses and creatures of Greece.

Battle for Olympus will feature seven heroes who gain special powers by activating their divine ultimate abilities, which stack new effects on top of the ordinary ability. In addition to their divine ultimates, the heroes have unique interactions with one another as they transition from mortal to mythical in Battle for Olympus.

Here you have the lineup of each team, as well as their special powers:

ramattra poseidon

divine annihilation

• Ravenous Vortex is a large whirlpool that pulls in enemies and throws them upwards.
• Punch launches large bursts of water that deal more damage and travel farther.

Junker Queen Zeus
divine fury

• Lasts 20 seconds.
• Damage dealt with Shotgun has a chance to apply additional lightning damage to their abilities.

Minotaur Reinhardt
divine breaker

• Lasts 20 seconds.
• Heals himself when he charges and knocks an enemy into a wall.
• The charge can grab up to 3 targets at once.
• Charge cooldown reduced to 3 seconds.
• Slams against walls deal lethal damage, amplify Divine Power, and reduce the cooldown of Charge to 0.5 seconds.

Cyclops Roadhog
To all the divine boars

• Lasts 15 seconds.
• Its size is greatly increased and it gains 600 Health.
• Throw rocks that deal large scale damage instead of resorting to firing your normal ult.
• Melee attack deals five times more damage and knocks enemies away.

Pharah Hades
divine barrage

• Lasts 20 seconds.
• You can move during the ult.
• The Rocket Launcher fires 3 rockets from three heads.
• The fuel consumption of the Rocket Launcher has been greatly reduced.
• Eliminations heal Pharah and extend the duration of this effect.

Medusa Widowmaker
divine infravision

• Turn enemies to stone if they see you while using vision.

Lucio Hermes
divine sound barrier

• Lasts 20 seconds.
• You can always jump back after jumping off a wall.
• Pushing can always cause enemies to hit a wall for additional damage and a brief stun.
• Movement and attack speed greatly increased.
• Infinite ammo

Achieve victory in Battle for Olympus

Immortalize your favorite hero with a little friendly competition during Battle for Olympus! The hero with the most kills at the end of the event will get his own statue on the Ruins of Ilios arena map to commemorate his victory.
