Giants presents its new League of Legends team

giants has presented its new team of League of Legends (LoL) for the spring season super league 2023, the video game competition par excellence in Spain. Giants will have a renewed roster of players compared to last season: new faces such as decay, Alby Y Scarfaceand return stand Y attila.

This group will be commanded by a leading technician in Europe as Andre Guilhoto. The Super League, organized by the Professional Video Game League (LVP), starts next monday january 16.

The new Giants team

Daniel Aitbelkacem ‘Scarface’ (Germany, 1999) is a toplaner, comes from UOL, with whom he has won the German championship, and has experience in the Super League, having played in KYIF. eMonkeyz, Phil Qin ‘Alby’ (The Netherlands, 2000), is a jungler and comes from BISONS, where he became very loved by the Spanish community. With the Basque team he reached a final in Spain in 2022. On the other hand, Nicolas Gawron’ Decay‘ (France, 1999) will be the team’s midlaner and comes from competing in Schalke 04, where he has fought for titles.

Besides, Paul Lardin ‘Stend’ (France, 2021) returns to Giants after playing a season in the Nordic NLC league and winning the champion’s trophy with Dusty. The French support will coincide with the shooter Amadeu Carvalho ‘Attila‘, a true symbol of the Malaga organization. Attila (Portugal, 1996) has won three Super Leagues with Giants and a good handful of collective and individual titles. He returns home after going through X7 Esports and playing the NLC final, which Stend finally won.

The coaching staff, also renewed, is led by andre Pereira Guilhoto, a historic Giants who already knows what it is to lift a league trophy and promote the club to the LCS, the tournament that gave birth to the current European LEC. He returns to Malaga to lead the roster after training in the top LoL competition in Europe (Schalke 04, Origen, Astralis) and the United States (Immortals, Team Liquid).

The new team has been presented with a fun spot shot at the Home of Giants and starring the sports director David alonso ‘Lozark’ and Guilhoto himself.
