Wiper Gaming and the Camilo José Cela University launch the first certified League of Legends coach course whose first call will begin in February 2023.
Responding to the social needs to professionalize esports, this course is created aimed at followers who seek to develop a professional career in the sector.
To access this training, two requirements must be met; have completed compulsory secondary education studies and be 16 years old. The course will have a total duration of 275 hours divided into 125 theoretical hours and 150 practical hours in amateur and professional clubs.
The course has been created by the startup Wiper Gamingwhose mission is the professionalization of esports through training and endorsed by the Camilo Jose Cela Universityone of the most prestigious educational institutions in Spain.
The faculty will be made up of a team of professionals active in the sector with a broad vocation for teaching such as Sergi Madrigal “lvsyan”, professional player currently in the Belgian professional league, Jonathan Tolosa “Tatan”, head of the esports section of SEK and former coach of MAD Lions, Pau Siviera “Pawned”, League of Legends coach at Falcons, Ignacio Sánchez “IgnaciusBS”, responsible for esports at the Camilo José Cela University and former QLASH coach, Cristian Vidal “Cydonia”, Movistar Riders analyst and Alicia Sánchez, professional psychologist at clubs such as CASE Esports or Movistar Riders.

The League of Legends trainer course covers topics such as development of analyst skills, coaching skills, psychology and esports ecosystem. understand the psychology behind player performance and improvement while contextualized in an esports practices.
