A talented Pokemon fan has created an amazing statue-like build in Minecraft where he has shaped the Pokemon Ivysaur.
It is well known that there are almost endless ways to have fun in Minecraft, and one of the favorite activities of many is to create impressive looking statues.
Pokémon and Minecraft are franchises known for targeting a younger audience, but they appeal to players of all ages. They’re franchises that also have active communities, where players share gameplay tips, fun stories, and tons of ideas.
Another common habit of gamers is creating fan art, so it’s not uncommon for crossovers between Pokemon and Minecraft to happen thanks to the talent of gamers. In Mojang’s game, in particular, this is possible thanks to the creative mode, which works as a true “blank canvas” to fill with creativity.
User AsperaX_OperaliX shared an image on reddit showing his awesome Ivysaur statue created in Minecraft. The statue has an impressive degree of detail, with the Pokémon in the middle of the water surrounded by some aquatic plants, sitting on top of a water lily.
Ivysaur is a Gen 1 Grass/Poison type that is the evolution of Bulbasaur, one of the most beloved Pokémon by fans. Bulbasaur evolves into Ivysaur at level 16, and the most noticeable change to its appearance is the bulb on its back, which blooms into a large pink bud. The Pokémon’s look was perfectly reproduced by AsperaX_OperaliX, who also gave the little monster a nice smile.
