The opening tournament of the Latin American League of Legends (LLA) 2023 started yesterday. On this occasion, the venue was the Artz Pedregal from Mexico.
This year’s championship is divided into several phases and the grand final will be held in Chili. There will be eight teams that will play from this Tuesday, January 24, the most anticipated competition of esports in Latam with the aim of reaching a quota to represent our region in world tournaments.
The opening tournament will be played in two phases. The group stage consists of rounds where everyone will compete against everyone, in a best-of-3 format. Then the top six teams will advance to the Playoffs, where they will meet in double-elimination brackets in a best-of-5-game series. The winner will take home a prize of $30,000 and a pass to the Mid-Season Invitational 2023 (MSI).

The competition can be seen on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from your home or from the Artz Pedregal Arena in Mexico at 4 pm (MX), 5 pm (CO-PE) or 7 pm (AR-CL) through the official channels of Youtube and Twitch of the LLA.
