James Gunn Releases Unseen Image From Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, focusing on Cosmo, the new member of the team – check it out.

The film was originally scheduled to debut in 2020, but the new Guardians of the Galaxy adventure ended up going through several schedule changes that occurred with the resignation of director James Gunn, who was later rehired.
For now, Marvel has released two trailers for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3and as the premiere approaches, the tendency is for the studio to intensify the publicity campaign, releasing more and more unpublished material.
But this time it was director James Gunn who ended up publicizing the film, releasing a new image of Cosmo on his Instaram, a character who will be voiced by the actress in the film. Maria Bakalova (Borat 2).
In the comics Cosmo is a male dog, but director James Gunn stated that in the film adaptation it will be a female to be more similar to the character’s inspiration in the comics, which is based on Laika, a Soviet space dog who died in orbit in 1957 Check out the image:

MORE ON GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3
The characters return in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3which does not yet have a synopsis but we do know that the film will deal with the aftermath of Ultimatumwith the Guardians going after 2014 Gamora, who is still alive and well, but fled after Tony Stark’s death in 2023. It will also continue the events of the Christmas Special on Disney +.
Thank God, James Gunn is confirmed as the director and screenwriter of the film, which will hit theaters in May 5th 2023. Obviously, the entire main cast consisting of Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan and Sean Gunn will return!
