Sacramento police said just after 1 p.m. 4:25 p.m., that officers responded to “a suspicious circumstance involving a possibly armed individual.” Mack Road was temporarily closed near McDonald’s, but LiveCopter 3 flew over the scene at Valley Mack Plaza as the road began to open uphill.
