Trevor Reed is predicted to make a full restoration after being injured in Ukraine

Former US Marine Trevor Reed is predicted to make a full restoration after being wounded in battle about two weeks in the past, he served alongside Ukrainian forces preventing Russia, a supply near Reed instructed CNN.

Reed is at present receiving medical care in Germany after being evacuated there by MediCare Hubs Kyiv, a German NGO, and FRIDA Ukraine, an Israeli NGO.

Reed first traveled to Ukraine on November 1 to combat invading Russian forces, doing so strictly as a volunteer with no affiliation with the U.S. authorities, the supply mentioned.

Reed instructed family and friends he was motivated to combat by seeing the depths of Russian oppression as a prisoner, the supply mentioned, including that Reed mentioned he was honored to serve alongside Ukrainian fighters.

After Reed’s unit efficiently repelled Russian forces and retook about 2 km of land close to Bahkmut, the supply mentioned, Reed was wounded together with others in his unit. Opposite to what U.S. authorities sources instructed one other media outlet, Reed didn’t step on a land mine. He was wounded by shrapnel.

He’s ” recovering shortly and hopes to be house quickly,” the supply mentioned.

The supply says Reed and his household hope the media can respect his need for privateness as Reed recovers from his damage. He’ll inform his story when the time is correct, the supply tells CNN.
