Fortnite can only be played on Windows 10 and 11

the new season “Mega” Fortnite themed cyberpunk, launches on Friday. But if you are on PC, you will need to have Windows 10 or higher so you can check out your cyberpunk vibes. The change means that Fortnite is no longer supported on Windows 7 and 8 machines.

Fortnite will only work with Windows 10 or Windows 11

The change is not a total surprise. Developer Epic Games said in December that it planned to stop supporting those old versions of Windows with the release of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 – which is the specific season that Epic launches today.

If you still have Windows 7 or 8 and want to play during the “Mega” season, Epic recommends using the cloud gaming service Nvidia GeForce Now. Fortnite is also available on many other devices such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Android. And while Apple pulled the game from the iOS App Store, you can still play Fortnite on iOS devices via GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud Gaming.

In addition, we remind you that you can make the leap to the new versions of Windows with Keysfan offers. We usually work with them to offer you the best prices at all times. We recommend that you take a look at it and say goodbye to old classics like Windows 7 and Windows 8.
