Milio and Naafiri, the new LoL champions in 2023

Last January 9 was a day full of information for the players of the popular MOBA from Riot Games. In a series of videos, the developers discussed the 2023 season, upcoming updates, player behavior, and the overall state of the game. Among other things in the world of LOL We’ve learned the first details about the two new champions joining the League of Legends in 2023: Milio and Naafiri.

Here’s what we learned about both.

This little guy is a charmer from Ixtal with great control of the axiom of fire, but he doesn’t use the power of this element to cause damage, but to heal as he continues his journey to Ixaocan as part of a rite called “el Vidalion”.

It is clear that Milio will be a very interesting support character, but we do not yet know a release date for this new champion in LOL.

Naafiri

This mid lane melee assassin is described as “a direct action character.” She is a Darkin like Aatrox and Rhaast who uses various bodies to hunt down others of her kind after awakening from her slumber.

Like Milio, we also don’t know the exact date when Naafiri will join LOLso we will have to be patient and wait for the arrival of these two new champions to League of Legends sometime in 2023. What will come soon is the expected ‘rework’ of Aurelion Sol’s abilities.
