That League of Legends is updated every two weeks is not always good and although many communities of other games wish this, in Summoner’s Rift it is not always good news.
Especially since Riot Games’ balancing policy in recent months has been chaotic, mostly because in the last 3 patches there have been more than 70 changes to champions, items, or runes. A real barbarity.
This changes a bit in LoL patch 13.6 as there will be fewer than 15 changes in this update, at least from what Riot has confirmed so far without going into any PBE details.
We review all the changes that will arrive in patch 13.6 with the release of thousand as the main attraction of the update.

Passive – To the warmth!
Milio’s abilities charm his allies upon touching them, causing the next time they deal damage to also deal a burst of additional damage and burn their target.
Q – Ultra Mega Burning Kick
Milio kicks a ball that pushes an enemy. The ball shoots up on impact and falls on the enemy, dealing damage and slowing enemies in the area on impact.
W – Heartwarming Bonfire
Milio creates an area of empowerment that heals allies and increases the range of those within it. The area follows the ally closest to the cast point.
E – Warm Hugs
Milio throws a shield at an ally, temporarily increasing their movement speed.
R – Breath of Life
Milio unleashes a wave of comforting flames that heals and removes crowd control effects from allies within range.

Piva movement speed increased from 30 to 45.
Changes in the Q:
-Base AD ratio increases from 60/65/70/75/80% to 75/85/95/105/115%.
-The duration of the next enhanced attack after using Q changed from 7 seconds to 3 seconds.
Changes in the W – W passive true damage based on max health changed from 4/6/8/10/12% to 6/7/8/9/10%
W shield magic damage reduction increased from 20/25/30/35/40% (+8% MR) to 25/30/35/40/45% (+12% MR).
E cooldown lowered from 12/11/10/9/8 to 11/10/9/8/7 seconds.
He base mana increases from 377 to 400.
The damage of the passive increases from 75-255 to 80-280.
The mana cost of the W low of 55/60/65/70/75 to 50/55/60/65/70.
The damage of the R. increased from 90/135/180 to 90/145/200.
Passive damage bonus increased from 110% to 115%.
nerfs to the Q:
-Mana cost increased from 50/55/60/65/70/75 to 50/60/70/80/90/100.
-CD adjusts from 7.5/7.25/7/6.75/6.5/6.25 to 6.5 seconds always.
-The range and speed of the projectile decreases.

Q DPS based on champion level changed from 30-90 to 30-80.
He burst depending on champion level, Q changes from 20-40 to 20-30.
The CD of the AND increases from 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 to 12 seconds always.
nerfs to first launch of the R.:
-The duration of the stun changes from 1.25 seconds to 1 second.
nerfs to second launch of the R.:
-The duration of the knock up drops from 1.25 seconds to 1.
The base life drop from 575 to 550.
The armor drop from 21 to 18.
The damage of the W fits from 100/150/200/250/300 to 85/140/195/250/305.
Still unconfirmed, the changes may be moved to the next patch.

Added 15 skill speed to item.
Cost increased from 3000 to 3200.
The recipe has been changed.
Dragon (monster) – Nerfs to the stats granted by their buffs
- Hextech Dragon – Ability and attack speed lowered from 9% to 7.5%
- Inferno Dragon – AD/AP lowered from 6% to 5%.
- Mountain Dragon – Armor and MR granted decreased from 9% to 8%.
- Ocean Dragon – Remaining health regen lowered from 3% to 2.5%.
- There is no changes to the Technochemical and Cloud dragons.
- Bloodroot (object)
The shield it provides drops from 180-450 to 100-400.
- Navori’s Razor (Item)
The DC that Transcendence returns drops from 15% to 12%.
The attack speed that he stacks on his ranged version has been changed from 5-9% to 4-9%.
Lifesteal stacks lowered from 0.4% to 0.35% (Total changed from 6% to 5.25%).
Max health bonus at all stacks lowered from 100 to 85.
