Valorant Agent 22 will finally be presented in a Showmatch, which will take place in the LOCK//IN final.
The competitive shooter from Riot Games will soon play the Grand Final of its biggest tournament, although this will not be the only attraction. This Tuesday, the company revealed that Valorant’s Agent 22 will be featured in the duel that will decide the LOCK//IN title. In Sao Paulo, Brazil, the LOCK//IN, the biggest tournament in the history of this game. In this case, the competition brought together a total of 32 teams and, after several days of action, only 4 remain alive. In fact, the Semi-Finals will take place this week alongside the Grand Final and here you can view all the information regarding duels. However, Riot Games plans to take advantage of this event to introduce Valorant’s Agent 22, something we’ve already talked about in the past. Apparently, this would be the first of the next three characters that will come out during 2023 and would have the role of Initiator or Sentinel, as explained by Riot MEMEMEMEME previously.
“Agent 22 will have a unique way of dealing with different situations and new ways of checking angles, moving or planting the Spike,” the Valorant Character Producer advanced.
How and when will the reveal of the new agent be?
To introduce Agent 22, Riot will take advantage of the LOCK//IN action and will have a “Unique Showmatch”, where the teams will be able to use this new agent. Thus, the audience will be able to see this character in action for the first time, through the friendly match between the teams of Tarik and FRTTT. It should be noted that their squads will be made up of other content creators and professional VCT gamers.
