One of the measures approved was additional payment for special working conditions for health workers who work directly in services with greater demand and responsibility, or who care for patients with pathologies that require greater physical or mental effort. .

MINSP has defined five groups of special statuses for doctors and stomatologists, according to the type and level of service they provide, from primary to tertiary care. Hourly payments for these groups are: three pesos for Group 1, 4.50 for Group 2, six for Group 3, 7.80 for Group 4 and nine for Group 5. The ministry will explain its details to the workers. For nursing staff and other technicians, hourly payments are: 1.20 for Group 1, 2.30 for Group 2 and 3.50 for Group 3.
